How do I create an account?

Is DubaiBids free to use?

Yes, browsing and bidding are free. We only charge a small commission when you successfully sell an item.

How do I verify my account?

After registration, you can verify your account by uploading ID documents in your profile settings.

Bidding & Buying

How do I place a bid?

On any auction page, enter your bid amount and click "Place Bid". Make sure you have a verified payment method.

What happens if I win an auction?

You'll be notified immediately and have 24 hours to complete payment. The item will then be shipped to you.

Can I cancel a bid?

Bids are binding and cannot be cancelled. Please bid carefully and only on items you intend to purchase.

Selling & Listing

How do I list an item for auction?

Go to your dashboard, click "Sell Item", fill in the details, upload photos, and set your starting price.

What fees do you charge sellers?

We charge a 5% commission on the final sale price, only when your item sells successfully.

How long do auctions run?

Auctions typically run for 7 days, but you can choose 3, 5, 7, or 10 days when listing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Digital wallets coming soon.

How is payment processed?

Payments are held in escrow until the buyer receives and confirms the item. Then funds are released to the seller.

What if there's a payment issue?

Contact our support team immediately. We have a comprehensive dispute resolution process.

How do you protect my personal information?

We use bank-level encryption and never share your personal information with third parties.

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Click the "Report" button on any listing or contact our support team with details.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We have a comprehensive buyer protection policy.
